inspiration from childhood in Nangjing

To me, there exists no language barrier. I speak English nearly as fluently as my native Chinese
I remember the first day of school in USA when I only understood a little English. I was so shy and helpless that I stayed away from the Amerin pupils. Then a boy came over with a comic book, inviting me to read it together with him. Suddenly my feeling of alienation disappeared and a familiarity with the English language and culture.
